All prices are inclusive of VAT and shown in pounds sterling (£). Prices are calculated by adding VAT at the prevailing UK rate to the net price and rounded to the nearest penny. Prices may be updated to reflect any changes in the applicable VAT rate.

All plans are monthly rolling with no minimum contract. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Roaming calls and texts
Plans with roaming include a calls and texts allowance that can be used in included roaming destinations.

Roaming data add-ons
Roaming data add-ons are available in 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB, and 20GB sizes. Pricing varies by destination and is displayed in the Monzo app before purchase. For full add-on pricing by destination, see our roaming add-on marketplace in app.
When your allowance runs out
There are no out-of-bundle charges on any Monzo Mobile plan. If you use all of your UK data or roaming data allowance:
Your data service will stop.
You will be notified by SMS and push notification.
You can upgrade your plan, purchase an add-on, or start your next plan early in the Monzo app.
You can access the Monzo app without using your data allowance to manage your plan.
Your UK calls and texts are unlimited on all plans and do not run out.

Standard numbers
Calls to UK landlines (01, 02) and non-geographic numbers (03) are included in your plan. 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as calls to landlines.
Service numbers (084, 087)
Calls to 084 and 087 numbers are not included in your plan. They are available via add-ons, priced per service charge band. Add-on details and pricing are available in the Monzo app before purchase.
If you need to contact a company on an 084 or 087 number, many have an alternative 03 or 01/02 number that is included in your plan.
Blocked numbers
The following number ranges are not accessible from Monzo Mobile:

If you need to reach a service on a blocked number range, please contact us through the Monzo app and we will help you find an alternative.
Other information
No out-of-bundle charges. You will never be charged more than your plan price and any add-ons you choose to buy.
Payment. Plans are paid monthly in advance from your Monzo bank account.
Cooling-off period. You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You won’t have an additional cooling off period when you switch between plans or for any add-on purchases.
Switching. You can request a PAC or STAC to switch provider at any time, free of charge.
