This guide is to help you with sending PHP payments. It has all the information you need to know, including when you can usually expect it to arrive and what you can do if it doesn’t.

🟠 Sometimes, the name is only checked on a payment if it’s over ₱50,000.

If it’s under ₱50,000, it depends on the bank you’re sending the money to.

It’s really important that you use the correct account number. If the incorrect account number is used and it belongs to someone else, the payment will likely be returned.

If you’re sending via Local bank account

If you’re sending via E-wallet

If you’re sending via Local bank account You can send up to ₱70,000,000 per transfer.

If you’re sending via E-wallet You can send up to ₱50,000 per transfer.

Most payments arrive within seconds, and nearly all arrive within 6 hours.

In some cases, because of bank holidays or if there are any extra checks on the payment it can take up to 1 working day.

You can see how long we expect your payment to take before you send it in the app, and after you’ve sent it by tapping it in your feed.

We’ll send your payment as a local bank transfer through the PESOnet or InstaPay networks with partner banks in the Philippines.

If your payment is over ₱50,000, we’ll send it through PESOnet.

If you’re sending via Local bank account There is no cut off time. Any payment you make will go out on the same day you send it.

If you’re sending via E-wallet Payments must be made before 03:30 GMT to go out on the same day.
