Some phones may not reliably support all Monzo Mobile services. If your phone is listed below, certain features may not work as expected. This doesn’t mean your phone won’t work with Monzo Mobile at all, but you may not be able to access the full experience.
Why this can happen
Your phone’s software and any settings added by it's manufacturer can affect which services it supports. Even phones with similar names, or similar release dates, can work differently.
