How do I make a Home Insurance claim?

You have a few options to choose from when it comes to making a claim for your Contents Insurance.

You can make a claim in the following ways:

In the Monzo app

  • Go to the insurance section in your app and tap on your active policy

  • Click ‘Make a claim’

  • We’ll ask you some questions about your claim and explain what to expect at each stage

Currently for making a claim on your Contents and Buildings Insurance policy you’re only able to make a claim by calling the claims handler directly.
