How do I make a Home Insurance claim?
You have a few options to choose from when it comes to making a claim for your Contents Insurance.
You can make a claim in the following ways:
In the Monzo app
Go to the insurance section in your app and tap on your active policy
Click ‘Make a claim’
We’ll ask you some questions about your claim and explain what to expect at each stage
Calling the claims handler, Sedgwick, on 0345 2661980
Their line is open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays). If you need help urgently e.g. your pipes have burst, and you’re covered for Home Emergencies, please call the same number as above, and you’ll be routed through to the right team.

Currently for making a claim on your Contents and Buildings Insurance policy you’re only able to make a claim by calling the claims handler directly.
