Removing a family member from an Under 16s account

If you’re the main account holder, you can remove a family member. You’ll need to:

  • Go to the Under 16s account in your app.

  • Tap the 3 dots on their card.

  • Go to Manage account.

  • Under Helping with this account you’ll find their name. Remove them by tapping the minus button and following the instructions.

If you’re a family member, you can leave the Under 16s account and remove your own access. You’ll need to:

  • Go to the Under 16s account in your app.

  • Tap the 3 dots on their card.

  • Go to Manage account.

  • Under Helping with this account you can tap Leave this account and follow the instructions.

  • If you change your mind, the main account holder can re-invite you.
