Removing a family member from an Under 16s account
If you’re the main account holder, you can remove a family member. You’ll need to:
Go to the Under 16s account in your app.
Tap the 3 dots on their card.
Go to Manage account.
Under Helping with this account you’ll find their name. Remove them by tapping the minus button and following the instructions.
If you’re a family member, you can leave the Under 16s account and remove your own access. You’ll need to:
Go to the Under 16s account in your app.
Tap the 3 dots on their card.
Go to Manage account.
Under Helping with this account you can tap Leave this account and follow the instructions.
If you change your mind, the main account holder can re-invite you.
