Your card should work anywhere that Mastercard's accepted.

Unfortunately, some merchants don't keep their systems up to date, so we occasionally see situations where our cards aren’t recognised. We have a team dedicated towards resolving issues like this, so please let us know if you have an issue.

We find some occasional issues in countries like Cuba, Portugal, North and South Korea, and Bulgaria. Our help section and community forum are the best places to ask about specific locations.
