Paying with a frozen card
When you freeze your card, we’ll block all outbound payments that we can – so you won’t be able to use your card in most situations. That includes anything through Google or Apple Pay.
You'll still be able to receive a refund even when the card you used to pay is frozen.
If you’ve frozen your card and think someone else might have used it to make a transaction, you can report it here and we'll investigate.
You can unfreeze your card at any time:
Tap the card button on your account card on the homescreen
Tap the Unfreeze button
