Changing the date range in Insights

You can change the date range that Insights uses to show the data for your business account. To get a breakdown of your balance or cash flow in Insights over a certain period, follow these steps:

On the app:

  • Go to the Insights tab in-app

  • Select the relevant account(s) and Pots (if applicable) by tapping at the top where it says 'Business account'

  • Then select the date range (tap in the top right of the screen)

  • Select the period you want to see; month, year or UK tax year. On the Year tab, you can choose what date the month/year starts from.

On a web browser:

  • Go to Insights (on the left hand side of the Home screen)

  • Click on the calendar in the top right of the Insights screen

  • Choose between month, year or tax year. On the month and year tab, you can choose what date the month/year starts from.
