Getting a bank statement

Here’s how to find and download all your statements (including Pots):

Tap Home in your app’s menu bar Tap Manage to the right of your transaction feed Tap Bank statements Choose the date range you’d like Choose the format you’d like (PDF, CSV, QIF)

For mortgage applications All of our bank statements are original documents. So you shouldn’t need to get them stamped or signed for your mortgage or visa application.

But if you need a bank statement sent in the post or if you’d like a stamped/signed copy, just let us know here.

For closed accounts

When we’ve closed your account, we’ll send you an email and attach a statement with your full payment transaction history.

To keep things safe and secure, we’ll password protect the document and we’ll text you the password to open it.
