What does the mobile phone insurance cover?
You’re protected for theft, loss, and accidental damage, even cracked screens, anywhere in the world. Cosmetic damage like scratches or dents are excluded. Exclusions apply.
Is there an excess or claim limit on phone insurance?
There’s a £75 excess per approved claim, and you can make up to two successful claims per year.
Can I add my family to the insurance?
You can add your family to Max for £5 more each month. They’ll get phone, travel and breakdown cover too. Cover goes up to a value of £2,000 for you and all family members.
