This Sunday was International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia. Our Monzo Pride theme this year focuses on how everyone can belong, regardless of sexuality or gender identity.

We've seen the best improvements in our gender diversity, where we've increased our representation of women in Monzo by 13.75%. But we need to do more for ethnicity representation as it's only increased by 4.02%.
