My HSBC transfer hasn’t arrived

Some people report delayed payments coming from HSBC accounts.

If your transfer was sent before 6pm, it will be processed by HSBC before 9pm that same day. Once they have processed it, it should arrive within 2 hours. If the transfer hasn’t arrived by 11pm please get in touch with HSBC to make sure that they have processed it.

If your transfer was sent between 6pm and 11:45pm, you will have missed their cut-off time to guarantee it’ll arrive the same day. If the transfer is not going to arrive the same day, you’ll see message in your HSBC app that states the payment cannot be sent until the next day.
