I was invited but I didn't receive my £5 yet

Once you've successfully signed up and made a payment on your card, you and the person who invited you should both get your bonuses.

If you haven’t got your bonus, check you’ve followed these steps:

  1. Claimed your invite via join.monzo.com,

  2. finished signing up, and

  3. made your first card payment

If you’ve definitely done all three but still not got your bonus:

Tap the Help icon in the bottom right of your Home screen Type ‘Contacting support’ in the search bar at the top of the screen Tap Contacting support when it pops up Then tap the Help article also called Contacting support.
