Reporting a scam
If you've been tricked by a fraudster into sending them money, please report this to us in the app so we can help:
Tap the Help icon in the menu bar
Search ‘Reporting a scam’
Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article
If you are not a Monzo customer, please contact the bank you sent the money from, who will then reach out to us.
If you have time, please report it to Action Fraud so they can stop others from becoming victims of the same scam, too.
