We may need to share your info with cashback partners so that they can tailor the offers to you. You can earn cashback on eligible card purchases you make on your personal account or joint account. That includes Plus, Premium, Perks, Extra, Max, and Flex Credit Card. You’ll also earn cashback if you checkout using Apple Pay or Google Pay. For eligible spending in other currencies, we use a third party exchange rate to convert this to pounds and use the converted amount to calculate your cashback. Contact us for more information on exchange rates. You can’t earn cashback on business account spending.

Some customers will see a new feature where some offers will now activate automatically, while others may still need to be manually activated. You’ll be able to spot the difference easily in the app! Offers that still need manual activation will show a ➕ icon.

We'll show you how much you've earned instantly and your money will usually arrive within 3-4 days. We pay it into your Cashback Balance, which is separate to your main balance. As soon as it’s available, you can withdraw it into your personal account. Any cashback you earn from spending on your joint account will also get paid into your personal cashback balance. The person you share your joint account with won't earn that cashback and you won't earn cashback from their spending.
