You can earn cashback on eligible card purchases you make on your personal account or joint account. That includes Plus, Premium and Flex Credit Card. You’ll also earn cashback if you check out using Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can’t earn cashback on business account spending.

You need to activate an offer before you can use it. To be notified about new cashback offers:

tap your profile in the top left of Home tap ‘Settings’, then ‘Notifications’ toggle on ‘Cashback offers’

Your offers are shaped by the way you shop, so you might see different offers to other customers.

We show you instantly how much you’ve earned and your money will usually arrive within 3-4 days. We pay it into your Cashback Pot, which is separate to your main balance. As soon as it’s available, you can withdraw it instantly into your personal account.

If you get a refund after we’ve paid you cashback, we’ll take back the cashback. You can read full details in the cashback terms and conditions.
