Activating cashback offers
All customers currently have access to the same offers. Soon we’ll start tailoring offers to you.
Cashback offers change at least every month, so be sure to keep an eye out for what’s new! You need to activate an offer before you can use it. To be notified about new cashback offers:
tap your profile in the top left of Home
tap ‘Settings’, then ‘Notifications’
toggle on ‘Cashback offers’
Each offer has its own expiry date. This is the same for every customer and it doesn't change depending on when you activate the offer.
Right now, it’s not possible to de-activate an offer once you’ve activated it. Once you activate a single-use offer, you'll earn cashback on the first eligible purchase you make with that merchant. Once you activate a multi-use offer, you’ll keep earning cashback on eligible purchases with that merchant until either the offer expires, or you reach the maximum cashback limit for that offer.
