What does my international payment status mean?

You can always check on the status of an international payment by tapping on the payment in your Monzo feed.

Sometimes there’s a delay to the payment status, so it might not always be up-to-the-minute info.

Here’s what the different statuses mean:

Processing

We're checking over the payment with our partner bank.

Sent

We've sent the payment to the recipient through our partner bank.

If you've sent the payment and it hasn't arrived, please share the payment receipt with the recipient. You can download it by tapping on the payment in your app.
