Switching to Monzo if you have an overdraft

You can switch to Monzo using the Current Account Switch Service, even if you have an overdraft with your current bank.

We won't automatically give you the same overdraft limit that you had at your old bank. To find out more about our limits, tap your Profile in the top left and scroll down to Learn about overdrafts.

If you’re using your overdraft with your other bank, you'll need to agree on a way to pay it back with them separately. They should get in touch to sort that out.
