Nearby Friends isn't working
For the Nearby Friends feature to work, both you and the sender/receiver must:
- Have our most up-to-date app
- Have a Monzo account
- Be within 30 metres of each other
- Have Bluetooth switched on
- Enable 'Payments with friends' in settings via the Profile page on your Account tab on your iOS device and Settings on your Account tab on your Android device.
- Be on the Friends Nearby screen in the 'Payment' tab at the same time
