Balance looks wrong
Merchants don’t always give us everything we need for a transaction to show in your feed straight away. But your balance will still change, so it can look like everything doesn’t add up.
This usually fixes itself within 24 hours when the merchant gives us what we need. If your balance still looks wrong once all your transactions are up to date, please get in touch with us through the app.
When it says 'left to spend' in your Summary
This shows how much you could spend (or add to a Pot) today, and still be on track for the rest of the month.
We calculate it by comparing how much of your month's money is left with how many days of the month are left. Then we show the difference in pounds.
If you're only spending a small amount of your available money (or none at all), this amount can seem small. It works best when you keep your 'spending' budget in your main account, and add the rest to Pots.
To find your Summary, tap the Home icon in the menu bar, and then tap the pie chart icon at the top right of the screen.
