I was invited to Monzo but I haven't received my bonus yet

Once you've finished sign up and met the eligibility criteria, both you and the person who referred you should receive your bonuses, if you've:

  1. Claimed your invite via join.monzo.com,

  2. finished signing up to Monzo,

  3. Met the eligibility criteria (this involves making a or some card transactions)

Remember, to get the reward, you'll need to meet the eligibility criteria within 30 days. You can check what’s needed by visiting the Referral hub, just tap on the present icon (🎁) at the top of your ‘Home’ screen.
