Making a travel insurance claim

Worldwide travel insurance is included in our Premium, Max, and Max + Family plans. It's provided by Zurich, powered by Qover.

You can make a claim for your travel insurance in the app from your Plan home.

If you’re unable to fill in the form, you also can give them a call on +44(0)3308085209 or submit a claim via this form.

You can find your policy reference in the app from the Plan home tab.
