Email from Monzo
A genuine email from Monzo may come from any email address within these domains:
@monzo.com - including emails from our complaints and collections teams and login magic link emails
@email.monzo.com
@customercontent.monzo.com - used when we send emails on behalf of customers like Business account invoices
@research.monzo.com - for emails from our user research team
If you received an email that has ‘monzo’ in its domain (the bit after the @ sign) but it's different from those, it’s possibly a dangerous phishing email.
Please forward the email to phishing-reports@monzo.com and don't click on any of the links.
