My card will soon expire and I've just ordered a new one. When will the new one arrive?

Your card will arrive at least 2-3 days before the start of the expiration month. This gives you plenty of time to activate your new card as your old one will only stop working on the last day of the expiration month.

For example, if you card says it expires 11/24, this means it will only stop working on the 30th of November.

If your new card hasn't arrived by the expiration month, follow these steps to reorder:

  1. Tap Home in the Monzo app

  2. Scroll to the account that the card has been ordered for, if required

  3. Tap the Card tab to the right of your transaction feed

  4. Scroll to Replacement section at the bottom where you'll find your card's status
