My card will expire soon
The expiring card will continue working until the last day of the expiry month shown on the card.
We contact you in the app and by email 2-3 months before the card expires, asking you to confirm your address and the card design.
If you don't confirm in the app, we automatically order a new card to the address on file one month before expiry. So providing the address is correct, a new card will be delivered before the old one expires.
Expiry replacements have lower priority than other orders, but they will still be delivered before the expiry date. It can take 1-14 days to dispatch, but we'll notify you in-app at this point with an updated delivery estimate.
You can check the order status, and delivery address in the card details screen. Please get in touch if you realise it was sent to the wrong place.
