An update on our gender pay gap, 2023
Between 5 April 2022 and 5 April 2023, our median gender pay gap reduced from 9.3% to 8.1%.

We’ve made progress on a number of our diversity and inclusion goals, like improving representation of People of Colour and women, reducing our gender pay gap to 4% and increasing the age diversity of our team.
