Cancelling a standing order

  1. To cancel a standing order, head to the Payments tab.
  2. Tap 'Scheduled payments', and then pick the one you want to get rid of.
  3. Tap 'Cancel Standing Order', put in your PIN to confirm your ID, and you’re done.

Bear in mind you’ll need to cancel a standing order at least one full day before it’s due to leave your account, otherwise it might still go through. Don’t forget to let the recepient know that you’ve cancelled it too!
