Missing cheques: when to get in touch with us

If you posted a cheque to us more than 10 working days ago and haven’t heard anything back from us, please get in touch.

We’ll need to know:

  • The date you sent the cheque

  • If you sent it using freepost or tracked (give us the tracking number if you have it please)

  • The amount and currency – we only accept cheques in British pounds(£)

  • The name (or names) on the cheque

  • If you wrote your account number and sort code on the back
