Problems with easy bank transfers

Your easy bank transfer hasn’t come through yet

When you send an easy bank transfer, the money should appear in the account you’ve sent it to straightaway. But it can sometimes take up to 24 hours.

The other bank rejected your easy bank transfer

The easiest way to find out why this happened is to get in touch with the other bank directly.

Your bank isn’t showing up on the list

Your bank may be having some issues or performing scheduled maintenance.

In the meantime, you can send money to your account with a regular bank transfer. Log into your other bank’s app or website to set up the payment.
