Why can't I see Monzo on Equifax?

We've been reporting to TransUnion (previously known as CallCredit) since 2017 and to Experian since 2020.

Monzo will show up on your TransUnion credit report which you can view with Credit Karma and your Experian credit report on their website (Experian have free and paid subscription options).

This means if you try to borrow money from a lender who only looks at information from the other big credit reference agency, Equifax, your Monzo information won’t be visible. This may impact your ability to borrow money.
