Phone Insurance: replacing lost or stolen phones

If Assurant approves your lost or stolen phone claim by 1pm, they may be able to replace your phone on the same day.

This will depend on your handset, your location, and if the replacement phone is in stock.

This service is for lost or stolen phone claims only. If your claim is approved, you’ll then need to pay £50 for the same-day replacement service plus the £75 excess.

Alternatively, delivery via DPD in 1-3 working days is free. You’ll need to pay the £75 excess as well for a successful claim.
