I can't connect my other bank account in Monzo

We've seen some issues with other banking apps not going through the login process properly. This is stopping people from connecting other accounts in Monzo.

We're looking into this, but you might like to try this in the meantime.

Start by uninstalling the other bank's app. Then try to connect your other bank account in the Monzo app. You'll be directed to log in through the bank's website instead of their app. This should hopefully allow you to connect your other bank account in Monzo. Once it's connected, you can reinstall your other bank's app if you want to.
