I have a problem with seeing my credit score in app

If you can't see your credit score in the Monzo app, make sure your personal details (like your name and address) are up to date. If they're not, TransUnion won't be able to find your credit file.

You can check the information TransUnion has about you on their site.

If something doesn't look right, you can raise a dispute via the TransUnion website.

Since this information comes to us from TransUnion, we can't make any changes ourselves.
