Roaming calls and texts
The 30 GB and Unlimited plans include 60 minutes of calls and 60 texts while roaming, on top of your unlimited UK calls and texts.
Your UK calls and texts are unlimited and separate. This roaming allowance is for calls and texts that involve a country where you have roaming included in your plan.
What your allowance covers
Your 60 minutes of calls and 60 texts cover:
Calls and texts from the UK to any country where you have roaming.
Calls and texts within and between any countries where you have roaming. So you can call from one roaming country to another, or make a local call while you're there.
Calls and texts back to the UK from any country where you have roaming.
Texts work exactly the same way as calls, and come out of your 60 text allowance.
If a country isn't covered by your plan, you will not be able to make calls or send texts from that country.
When it runs out
There are no out-of-bundle charges. When you've reached your limit, you won't be able to make calls or send texts until your allowance resets. Your allowance resets when you upgrade your plan or on your next monthly payment.
