What is Billsback?

Billsback is a feature available to our Monzo Extra, Perks, and Max subscribers. Each month, you'll have the chance to get your bills paid back by us, up to £150 per bill. We pay back at least 1,000 bills every month.

How it works

To be eligible, you need to have a Monzo Extra, Perks, or Max subscription. Any bill from our agreed providers list over £1, paid from your personal account, is eligible to be paid back. We've included payments made by BACS Direct Debit and Mastercard card payments.

Got a joint account? As long as one of you is an Extra, Perks or Max subscriber, your eligible joint bills are in with a chance too. If you’re both subscribers, you’ll both need to be opted in to Billsback.

At least 1,000 bills will be chosen each month through a random draw. If your bill is selected, we'll automatically pay the amount back to your account (up to £150). There's nothing you need to do to enter!
