How to get your PIN unblocked
If you put the wrong PIN in too many times when transferring money or changing your account settings, we’ll block it to keep your account safe. To reset it:
tap the Card button for the affected account – you’ll see the option Reveal PIN
follow the steps – you’ll need to have your card and your ID ready to take a video so we can check it’s you making the request
Once we’ve checked your identity, we’ll unblock your PIN, and give you a reminder of what it is.
Remember that we’ll never ask you for your PIN, long card number or the three digits from the back of your card. So please keep these a secret, even from us.
