You can opt out of cashback at any time by:
opening up cashback from Home
scrolling down to ‘Opt out of cashback’
If you opt out, you won’t receive any further cashback or offers and we’ll stop sharing your data immediately with our merchant partners 👍
If you opt out while you have pending cashback, we won’t pay any upcoming cashback. This is because we stop sharing your data with merchants, so they won’t be able to confirm the transaction is eligible.
If you change your mind, you can opt back in at any time by going to Home and tapping the + button on the top right, then ‘Cashback with Monzo’.
