Turning on biometrics (Face/Fingerprint ID)

To add an extra layer of security, you can turn on Face/Fingerprint ID to unlock your Monzo app and authorise payments.

  • Head to the Home tab

  • Tap on your profile icon (if you can’t see that, swipe down on your card)

  • If needed, tap on the settings cog

  • Tap Privacy & Security

Any face/fingerprint registered on your device will be able to be used to log in to the app and authorise payments.
