How do I make a claim?

You can make a claim by:

Calling the claims handler, Sedgwick, on 0345 2661980.

  • Their line is open Monday to Friday, 8-6pm (excluding bank holidays).

If you need help urgently e.g. your pipes have burst, and you’re covered for Home Emergencies, please call the same number as above, and you’ll be routed through to the right team.
