These legal terms (English law applies and disputes will be settled by the English courts) are between you and Monzo Bank Limited (Monzo/we/us).
These Ts&Cs apply to our ‘Other accounts in Monzo’ feature. It lets you see balance and transaction data from your accounts with other banks in the Monzo app. When you add another account through this feature you’ll also be able to view other account information when you use Monzo’s budgeting features.

If these ‘Other accounts in Monzo’ Ts&Cs are inconsistent with our business banking Ts&Cs on the same issue, then these ‘Other accounts in Monzo’ terms and conditions will apply.
You’ll need to read this document and our Privacy Notice for this service.
You can see and save a copy of these Ts&Cs at any time by going to ‘manage account’ in the app.
These ‘Other accounts in Monzo’ Ts&Cs will apply unless:
we stop offering this feature
you or we cancel or close your Monzo Business Account
you don’t have any accounts connected through ‘Other accounts in Monzo’.
You can stop using this feature at any time without charge by removing any other accounts you have from the app.
If we stop offering the feature, we’ll give you the same amount of notice as we would if we closed your account (as set out in the Monzo Business Banking Ts&Cs).
We can make changes to these terms in the same way that we can change the Monzo Business Banking Ts&Cs.
The information you see about your other accounts in the Monzo app comes from your other bank(s), so we can’t guarantee that the information is accurate and we won’t be responsible if it isn’t.
Sometimes, other banks might not be available due to planned or unplanned maintenance. If this happens, we’ll tell you in the app when you try to add a new account or when you view your other accounts in the Monzo app.
‘Other accounts in Monzo’ is a Monzo Business Pro feature 🧰
You can't get access to ‘Other accounts in Monzo’ without Monzo Business Pro, unless it’s available as part of a promotion. If you stop paying for Monzo Business Pro, you'll lose access to this feature.
Other than what you pay for Monzo Business Pro, there are no charges for using ‘Other accounts in Monzo’.
Keeping your data safe 🔐
When you use ‘Other accounts in Monzo’, you need to authorise our access to your other account.
When you use ‘Other accounts in Monzo’, you’ll choose the account(s) you want to add from our list of supported banks in the app. We’ll then connect you to your other bank to pick which account(s) you want to add. We won’t see any security details you use to log in to your other bank (if you need to enter any security details at all).
Once that’s done, you’ll see your transactions, balance and account details for any accounts you've added to the app. We’ll also show you information relating to your other account through Monzo’s budgeting features, if you have set up these features. No other person with access to your business account will see the accounts you’ve added, unless they add the same accounts themselves through ‘Other accounts in Monzo’ separately.
You can remove access at any time through the Monzo app. This means that we won’t receive any new information from the bank where you hold that account.
Every 90 days after you add an account, we’ll ask you if you’d like to continue seeing that account in Monzo. If we don’t hear from you, your ‘Other accounts in Monzo’ service will continue but we’ll stop showing data from that account in the app. You can add an account again at any time.
