When will I receive my renewal offer?

Your policy lasts for a year. Monzo will let you know at least 30 days before your policy ends what your new monthly payment will be and any new terms for your policy.

Sometimes Chubb may not be able to, or choose not to, offer you a renewal. If this happens then you’ll be told at least 30 days before your renewal date.
