Troubleshooting Payments with Friends

If you’re having trouble sending money to another Monzo account using Payments with Friends, check that:

  • You both have Payments with Friends switched on in your settings (Settings > Privacy & security > Payments with Friends)
  • You’re connected to the internet

If that’s all fine and you’re still having trouble, there might be a problem with the recipient’s account.
