Monzo Business: Payments on the Web

It’s easy to make payments online with Monzo Business.

How to Make a Payment:

  • To make a payment through a web browser, click on Make a payment.

  • This is on the Home screen or in the Payments hub.

  • You can choose a new, existing, or recent payee.

  • After entering and reviewing the details, approve the payment in your Monzo mobile app.

  • You’ll have 5 minutes to do this.

How to Schedule a Payment:

  • To set up a payment for a future date or to be repeated, click on Make a payment.

  • After selecting a payee, enter the amount and reference.

  • Tick Schedule payment.

  • You can set a date or a regular occurrence.

  • Finally, approve the payment in your mobile app to set up the standing order.

How to Edit or Cancel a Scheduled Payment:

  • To edit or cancel a standing order, click on the payment in the Scheduled payment section.

  • You can change details by clicking Edit payment or cancel it by clicking Cancel payment.

  • You will need to confirm any cancellations in your mobile app.
