Instant notifications

We help you get to know where your money goes with instant notifications. Making it easier to keep track of your spending and spot if something doesn’t look right.

Protection from fraud calls

This feature tells you in real-time if you’re really speaking to Monzo, or if it could be a scammer. It helps prevent 800 fraud attempts a month in the UK.

Freeze a lost or stolen card

There’s nothing worse than losing your card or thinking it’s been stolen. For extra peace of mind, you can freeze it with a few taps in the app, then hit unfreeze if it shows up again.

Gambling blocks

If you turn this control on, we’ll decline any gambling transactions before they go through. We also have a team on-hand to chat if you need additional support.

Automated savings

Round up payments to the nearest euro. With roundups turned on, we’ll do it for you – automatically adding spare change to a Pot of your choice.

Fee-free travel

Spending abroad should be like spending at home. Pay anywhere, in any currency, on your debit card - all with no fees.
