Ways to get paid with Monzo Business
There are a few ways to get paid, depending on how you run your business.
You’ll find all options in the Get Paid tab in your app.
Ways to get paid
Invoices (Pro and Team) – Send a detailed bill with items, VAT, and due dates
Payment links – Share a simple link to get paid quickly
QR codes – Let customers scan and pay in person
Bank transfer – Share your account details directly
Payment methods
Customers can pay by:
Bank transfer (fast and free)
Card (if you’ve set up Stripe)
Important to know
Bank transfers usually arrive quickly, but can take up to 1 business day
Card payments take longer to reach your account
You can track payments in the Get Paid tab
Some features depend on your plan, currency, and setup
