Monzo Business: Payment links
Payment links let you request money by sharing a link.
How to create a payment link
Open the Get Paid tab
Tap Share payment link
Enter an amount and description
Create and share the link
What your customer does
Opens the link on their device
Chooses how to pay (bank transfer or card, if enabled)
Completes the payment
Important to know
Card payments require Stripe
Single-use links show a status (due, paid, overdue)
Reusable links don’t expire and aren’t tracked in the same way
Reusable links can’t be edited
If a payment isn’t marked as paid, it may just need to be matched.
