Monzo Business: Sending bulk payments
Bulk payments let you send multiple transfers at once.
What you can do
Pay up to 200 people in one go
Send payments immediately or schedule them
Upload payments using a CSV file (on web)
Retry any payments that fail
How to create a bulk payment
On mobile:
Go to the Pay tab
Tap Make a bulk payment
Add payees and amounts
Review and confirm
On web:
Go to the Payments hub
Upload a CSV file
Review and confirm in the app
Important to know
Before 4pm CET → usually sent the same day
After 4pm CET → next business day
Sometimes only some payments go through (partial success)
Failed payments can be fixed and sent again
