Monzo Business: Accepting card payments (Stripe)
To accept card payments, you’ll need to set up Stripe.
How it works
Start setup in the Get Paid tab
Complete the process with Stripe
Once set up, you can accept card payments on links, QR codes, and invoices
Important to know
Card payments are not instant
Your first payout may take 7–14 working days
Future payouts usually arrive within a few working days
Payments may show as paid before the money reaches your account
Fees and support
Stripe charges processing fees
Stripe handles refunds and disputes
If you can’t see card payments, check that Stripe is fully set up.
