Monzo Business: Sending a bank transfer
You can send money to anyone using their bank details.
How to send a transfer
Go to the Pay tab
Tap Pay by bank transfer
Add or choose a recipient
Enter their details (name, IBAN, reference)
Enter the amount
Review and confirm
How long it takes
Most transfers arrive within 1 business day, but timing can vary.
Important to know
You may briefly see an Undo option after sending
After this, the payment can’t be cancelled in the app
If a payment shows as completed, it has left your account
The receiving bank may take extra time to apply it
Always double-check the details before sending.
