Replacing your Monzo card
How to Order a Replacement: It's super easy to get a new card if yours is lost, damaged, or stolen. Just tap Card in the app and follow the steps at the bottom of the screen.
Replacement Fees:
We will never charge you for a replacement card if it has been stolen, defrauded, or expired.
For other reasons, fees may apply:
Basic Bank Accounts: Replacements are always free.
Personal or Joint Accounts: A €5 fee applies for a chargeable replacement.
Business Accounts: Replacements are always free.
International Delivery: A €35 fee always applies.
What if you don't have app access?
You can freeze your card you can email us at help@monzo.com or call 1800 849 291 from Ireland or +353 1 233 7650 if you're abroad.
Delivery Information:
Cards typically arrive within 2-5 working days. International deliveries will take a bit longer. You can check the delivery status at the bottom of the Card tab.
Note: You'll need to update any online subscriptions with your new card number, but your account details will stay the same.
